Job Title: 2nd Shift PVD Precision Racker
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:15 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Job Overview:
The PVD Precision Racker is responsible for preparing products for the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coating process. This includes fixturing parts on racks, inspecting products, and maintaining production records. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and physical stamina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fixture products on racks for PVD coating processes.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Transfer racked products weighing up to 40 lbs. to cleaning baskets and carousels.
• Maintain production logs, work orders, and traceability records.
• Follow proper safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate and resolve any discrepancies with team leaders.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).
• Attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing tasks.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
• Good vision (close vision, depth perception, etc.).

Other Information:

• Must meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
