				  Foaming Operator - Advanced Secondary  Location: Manitowoc Wisconsin Job Type: Full-Time | Try Before Hire Shift: Monday - Friday 
 - 3rd shift | 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. 
 
 Pay: Paid weekly 
  About the Foaming Operator Role:  A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a dedicated 
 Foaming Operator - Advanced Secondary  to join their team. This is a 
 try-before-hire opportunity  offering you the chance to transition into a permanent role based on performance and company needs.As a Foaming Operator, you will be responsible for injecting polyurethane foam into rotationally molded parts, ensuring each product meets customer and quality standards. 
 Foaming Operator Key Responsibilities:    -  Set up and calibrate foaming equipment at the start of each shift. 
 -  Inspect, prep, and repair parts as needed before foaming. 
 -  Inject foam into molded parts per work order and customer specifications. 
 -  Remove excess foam and prepare parts for secondary assembly. 
 -  Conduct quality inspections to ensure all parts meet requirements. 
 -  Operate power tools, including routers, flame torches, power drills, band saws, and drill presses. 
 -  Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns. 
 -  Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines. 
 -  Keep accurate production records and move finished parts to designated areas. 
 -  Work efficiently to meet production targets and collaborate with team members.

  Foaming Operator Preferred & Required Qualifications:  Education:  High school diploma or GED preferred. 
 Experience:  Prior rotational molding experience is a plus. 
 Technical Skills:    -  Ability to use computer platforms to access work instructions. 
 -  Strong math skills and ability to read a gram scale. 
  
  Foaming Operator Physical & Mental Demands:    -  Ability to walk and stand for long periods. 
 -  Frequent climbing, bending, squatting, and reaching. 
 -  Must lift 15-25 lbs. frequently and up to 40 lbs. occasionally. 
 -  Manual dexterity and ability to use tools for extended periods. 
 -  Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment. 
  
  Work Environment:  This role is based in a 
 manufacturing plant  environment, where conditions may include: 
 -  Exposure to heat, cold, noise, and odors. 
 -  Intermittent exposure to fumes, moving machinery, and tool vibrations. 
 -  Climate-controlled areas in some sections of the facility.
