Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager based in Tucson, AZ. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assembling product submittal and O&M PDF documents, updating and maintaining digital copies on the company server, and creating and tracking warranty letters with accurate end dates. The position also includes developing installation checklists for medium to large projects, photographing and organizing as-built documents. Additional responsibilities include ordering and tracking products, replenishing stock materials used in service calls, and processing RMAs to ensure smooth operations and project support.
