Responsibilities

Collaborates directly with the Project Manager during pre-construction development:

• Assists with scheduling, budgeting, plan development, and design coordination
• Works closely with the development team throughout pre-construction

Actively involved once the project enters the construction phase

• Manages construction scheduling and budgeting:
• Oversees bidding processes and subcontractor/supplier buyouts
• Supports ongoing project cost control and financial tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management with major coursework in architecture, engineering, construction science, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of two to five years of project management experience in multifamily or commercial construction
• Knowledge of federal, state and local codes for ADA, FHA, Waterproof
