Job Description

*Overview:*

_*Kjar, McKenna and Stockalper, LLP are currently seeking Associate Attorney's with 1-5+ years’ experience practicing medical malpractice defense, public entities, general liability and or civil litigation. Join an innovative firm and team of defense attorneys with a reputation for professional excellence.*_

We offer a competitive salary and benefit package, performance bonuses and annual reviews. *At this we are offering a $5,000. signing bonus to start for all new Associates*. We offer flexible office hours with no cap on vacation days. Our attorneys have a flexible schedule that allows for some remote work.

*Qualifications:*

*Experience in one or more of these areas is a must.*
* Catastrophic injury
* Complex torts
* Medical malpractice
* Public entity defense
* Elder defense
* Employment defense
* Environmental and toxic tort litigation
* General liability
* Premises liability
* Product liability
* Professional liability

*Responsibilities: *

*Depending on years' of experience any of the following could apply.*
* Conduct and summarize legal research, handle discovery, analyze and summarize medical and employment records.
* Appear for court appearances, depositions and client meetings.
* Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
* Prepare for and attend trials with partners.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
