Legal/Attorney Assistant Opportunity- Minneapolis, Minnesota (Hybrid)

Our client, a leading global law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Attorney/Legal Assistant to join its Minneapolis office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a smaller office environment while supporting attorneys and team members in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hybrid Schedule- 3 days in office
• Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000
• All big law benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and organizational support to attorneys and legal teams
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Maintain and organize case files, records, and databases
• Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting
• Liaise with internal departments and external clients professionally
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and documentation

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a legal or professional services environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Professional demeanor and commitment to client service
