Schedule 1:

Schedule : Saturday, Sunday 9:00am-7:00pm

Location/Setting: Mt. Airy, 27030

Age Range : Child 

Acuity: G-Tube, Trach, Vent 

Schedule 2:

Schedule : Monday, Tuesday (7:00pm-7:00am)/ Wednesday-Sunday (10:00pm-7:00am)

Location/Setting: Elkin,28621

Age Range : Teen

Acuity: G-Tube, Trach, Vent 

Schedule 3:

Schedule : Friday-Sunday 9:00am-7:00am

Location/Setting: Burlington,27215

Age Range : Infant 

Acuity: G-Tube, Trach, Vent

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
