Requirements:
· Motivated and self-disciplined
· General knowledge of building and construction
· Some previous work experience in residential construction.
· Ability to read drawings, plans, blueprints
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to communicate and report effectively
· Ability to properly use, repair and maintain construction industry related tools and equipment.
· Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and great work ethic
· Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
· Reliable transportation
· Clean Driving and Criminal Record
Job Type: Full-time/year round, multiple locations/indoor and outdoor jobsites,
Benefits: Direct deposit paid weekly, One way travel time to jobsite paid, Advancement potential, Paid time off after 90 days, Matching 401K at one year.
Pay: DOE
Expected hours: 40 per week
8 hour shifts
Monday to Friday
No weekends
