Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be comfortable handling cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately. As a cashier, you’ll be the face of the restaurant, greeting customers and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy working with people, we’d love to have you as part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter and exit the store
• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions
•  
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking and arranging impulse items
• Answer customer inquiries in person or by phone and assist with locating items when necessary and taking orders.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the dining room 
• Assist with additional store tasks, such as restocking, organizing, and light cleaning as needed

• Qualifications:

  • Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with handling cash and POS systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
