Become a Dedicated Truck Driver with Flexsteel

Average Pay: $1,390 - $1,530 weekly

Home Time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders welcome!

As a Dedicated Truck Driver for Flexsteel, you will:

• Transport furniture using a dry van trailer to retail stores and distributors.
• Participate in 100% driver-assist unloads.
• Handle 2 loads per week with multiple stops per load.
• Drive primarily within the Midwest and Northeast regions.

Compensation and Bonuses:

• Receive hourly pay along with load pay.
• Earn weekly performance pay.
• Experienced drivers can receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over 12 months during your first year.
• Inexperienced drivers can earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus, also paid over 12 months.
• Enjoy paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months, including 6 days of holiday pay each year.
• Annual bonus opportunity: earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year.

Requirements:

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required.
• Must live within 50 miles of Greencastle, PA.
