About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead its enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation. The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, with a focus on modernizing IT infrastructure, enhancing cybersecurity, and driving innovation in AI-enabled applications. Responsibilities include defining and executing a multi-year technology roadmap, leading software product strategy, and building a high-performing technology organization. The CTO will also be instrumental in shaping the technology vision and ensuring its alignment with the company's operational and commercial goals. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 20 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years at the executive level. A background in manufacturing, construction, or industrial technology is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving digital transformation across IT, OT, and product platforms, as well as hands-on experience with ERP modernization, AI/ML integration, and relevant design environments. Expertise in M&A due diligence and technology integration, along with experience in leading a commercial or SaaS software business, is highly valued. The role requires a strategic, forward-thinking leader who can translate vision into measurable impact and is local to Minnesota.
