Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Mill Operator to join their team. As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Mill Operator

Location: Fenton, MO

Pay Range:

Shift: 1ST Shift: MONDAY - FRIDAY 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Setup, layout, and operate various CNC lathes and/or mills.
• Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.
• Select, position, and secure tools and workpieces in the machine.
• Monitor machine operations and verify conformity of machined workpieces to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area while following all safety policies.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of previous CNC experience preferred.
• Ability to read precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
• Good hand-eye coordination and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for 90% of the shift.
