*Contract Duration:* 4 months (November-March)
On-site hospital setting requires up-to-date vaccinations, employer medical screen, drug test and background check
What You'll Do:
* Support pre-go-live and go-live transition efforts.
* Install, configure, and support end-user devices, peripherals, and software.
* Deploy hardware including printers, scanners, carts, laptops, and desktops.
* Validate workstation functionality using predefined scripts.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
* Assist with hardware refresh and facility tech deployments.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders for escalations and issue resolution.
* Conduct root cause analysis and document technical findings.
* Provide basic tech training to end users.
* Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation.
* Keep worksite clean and organized, including equipment setup and breakdown.
What You Bring:
* Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting.
* Ability to follow technical documentation and scripts.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Comfortable working in a healthcare or fast-paced environment.
* Reliable transportation to and from the Mt. Pleasant site.

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
