We are looking for a highly motivated Content Marketing Manager to join our client's team for a 6-month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid role in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you’ll shape and execute a unified content strategy that fuels brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels. Responsibilities :

  • Develop high-impact content across formats—blogs, customer stories, landing pages, videos, webinars, and more—that supports every stage of the buyer journey.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Comms, and Field teams to craft compelling narratives that highlight our product value.
  • Use SEO insights, performance data, and market trends to optimize content for reach, relevance, and conversion.
  • Build and scale editorial operations, including planning, workflow management, and governance.
  • Create evergreen assets that build trust and confidence in our solutions, especially around international payments.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop client-facing content like case studies, testimonials, and lo-fi video assets.
  • Work with digital teams to ensure content is optimized for web, social, CRM, SEO, events, and partner channels.
  • Audit existing content to align with strategic goals and channel-specific needs.
  • Lead ideation and production of content that drives organic traffic, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Repurpose and adapt content for different formats and platforms; experience with lo-fi video creation (Zoom/Teams/Mobile) is a plus.
  • Build relationships across departments to surface stories, initiatives, and insights for the content pipeline.
  • Track and report on performance metrics—engagement, audience growth, share of voice, and customer feedback.
  • Manage compliance and legal reviews, and support sales enablement with polished presentations and collateral.
  • Coordinate with external partners including agencies, legal, compliance, and translation services.
  • 5+ years of experience producing content
  • Understands financial services, a regulatory framework
  • The ability to develop bespoke content from scratch, as well as repurpose existing content and source third party content to share
  • Experience interviewing clients and developing case studies, social media and other content
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, blogs, Sprout Social
  • Experience using Google Analytics a plus
  • Analytical approach to content, storytelling and community marketing
