Job Description

The Coupa Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting the procurement team in managing and optimizing the procurement processes. This role involves analyzing procurement data, developing reports, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures

What you'll be doing:

Process Owner

  • Manage and maintain Coupa system configurations including user roles, workflows, forms, and master data Develop, sustain & troubleshoot end-to-end process and system workflows.
  • Provide functional support and training for end-users of procurement systems.
  • Provide user support, system training, and troubleshooting for Coupa-related issues.
  • Manage moderately complex projects by defining scope, gathering requirements, recommending solution(s), coordinating testing, and supporting deployment.
  • Create "current state" and "future state" business process documentation for system and process improvement efforts.
  • Understand and support master data and system configurations
  • Ensure activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Set up and maintain approval workflows (DOA), punchout catalogs, payment terms, PO terms, invoice tolerances, and other system parameters.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, Coupa Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Track KPIs and supplier performance metrics, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration

  • Facilitate supplier onboarding and support vendor enablement processes.
  • Assist in managing supplier relationships including performance evaluation, issue resolution, and contract tracking.
  • Liaise with internal teams (finance, operations, legal, IT) to gather requirements and support procurement projects.
  • Participate in the implementation, testing, and support of technology
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance to assess business requirements and implement effective Coupa solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting of system issues and partner with internal/external teams to resolve defects and implement improvements.
  • All other duties as assigned.

This position is located in our Charlotte, NC (Uptown Area) or Hartsville, SC Office with a Hybrid Option

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2- 4 years in procurement, supply chain, business systems analysis, process improvement or similar roles.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Coupa or similar procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, etc.), and/or Coupa Administrator certification
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement or project management certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with S2P or P2P processes, supplier enablement, and system configuration.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Coupa Analytics, Qlik, Power BI, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, strategic, creative and organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $60,804 to $69,940
