Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Shuttle Operations)
Location: Franconia and Alexandria VA
Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour
Job Type: [Full-time/Part-time, Temporary/Contract]
Shift: 12-hour shifts

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, providing information, managing lines, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support for daily shuttle operations.
• Assist passengers with route directions, information, and line management to ensure efficiency.
• Proactively identify and report any service or station concerns to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions.
• Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional, especially during long shifts or stressful situations.
• Proficiency in using a cell phone or two-way radio for clear communication.
• Willingness and ability to learn new software, such as a ridership application and tracking system.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Ability to work a full twelve (12) hour shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Requires frequent physical activity, including stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and reaching.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull, including assisting passengers in wheelchairs.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.50 - $18.50
