Job Description

As a Pledge Drive Specialist, you’ll answer inbound calls during fundraising campaigns for major nonprofit and public broadcasting clients. Your role is to process donations, provide scripted responses, and ensure each caller has a respectful, engaging experience—without making outbound sales or cold calls.

Requirements

• Answer incoming calls for various nonprofit pledge drives (e.g. PBS, Wounded Warrior Project, ASPCA, St. Jude).
  
• Follow a strict call script to assist donors in making pledges or contributions.
  
• Enter donor information accurately in the system.
  
• Provide courteous, empathetic, and professional service at all times.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of donor information.
  
• Handle call documentation and call wrap-ups correctly.
  
• Work during high-volume donation drives (evenings, weekends, holidays).
