Job Summary
Performs professional and technical public outreach services related to all aspects of the Assessor’s Office. Produces and validates all major state statute mandated deliverables. Provides data requests to the public. Manages field-work systems and devices. Gathers, collects and tabulates data for the appraisal of single family or vacant real property. Performs standard field duties including data collection, site characteristic collection and sketching building footprints, both in the field and office.
Pay Rate
The monthly range is from $5,421.38 to $6,172.38 depending on experience, plus full benefits.
