We are seeking a Data Analytics Intern for the Summer of 2026 that will help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products. As a Data Analytics Intern, your primary focus will be to deliver data insights to our internal teams. These insights will help our company move faster, make decisions with more confidence, and allow us to continue building impactful products for our customers. As an employee at our early-stage data and technology company, you will have a deep impact in the success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-value dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Conduct analysis to drive deep insights from a variety of data sources to answer critical business questions.
• Constantly communicate with internal teams to generate insights across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
• Experience using visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Exposure to using R or Python to perform analysis
• Experience using SQL to pull and transform data
• Understand the theory behind statistical testing (e.g. A/B testing)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

More Details

• Internships are paid hourly at 40-hour work weeks
• All intern positions are based at our office in West Des Moines, IA
• Hybrid - 4 days in office and 1 day remote
• All interns will be expected to secure their own housing
