Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

This is a 100% Remote Opportunity! (Must be located in Maryland)

• Support Account Executives and Sales Planners throughout the advertising order process.
• Ensure that all orders align with client requirements and meet compliance standards.
• Perform data entry tasks, keeping media management systems up to date with new and revised orders.
• Monitor pre-emptions, clearance, and the overall performance of advertising campaigns.
• Maintain organized client files, including all correspondence, contracts, and order revisions.
• Assist in resolving issues related to copy, billing, order discrepancies, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the traffic team to address advertiser podding concerns as necessary.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in an office environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of switching between tasks and performing well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
