LAist is growing, and we're looking for a strategic, creative, and mission-motivated professional to help convert digital engagement into lasting community support. As Digital Fundraising & Audience Revenue Manager, you'll lead innovative efforts to turn our digital audiences into meaningful financial contributions that sustain our nonprofit newsroom. This is a new role that blends digital fundraising, marketing, and audience strategy. As part of the Membership team, you'll partner closely with the Product, Content, Engagement, and Marketing teams to launch and optimize campaigns that drive donor growth and deepen member engagement. Whether it's testing donation placements in breaking news, collaborating on social media fundraising posts, or analyzing conversion data to improve performance, your work will directly support the journalism Southern California relies on. We're looking for someone who thrives on experimentation, believes deeply in the power of public service journalism, and is ready to build upon the successes we've accomplished already.
Expected Compensation Range: $77,000 - $82,000 /annualized. Exact salary determined by experience and education related to the role, organizational compensation structure, and internal equity.
