Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• You will be in charge of making schedules, ordering products, training team members and hiring.
• A profit share bonus is awarded to GMs based off controlling costs within goals.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years or older
• Preferred, not required, 1 year of restaurant management experience*
