Empower Event Group is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Event Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the client journey and ensuring the flawless execution of high-profile events.

As our Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the essential functions that keep our business running seamlessly—from client relations and sales to team scheduling, vendor partnerships, event logistics, marketing, and inventory management. You’ll be the central connector across departments, ensuring that every client interaction and event reflects our standard of excellence. The ideal candidate is resourceful, motivated, and passionate about the entertainment industry, with a balance of operational know-how and a customer-first mindset.

  • Salary Range - $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize our CRM system (Zoho) to streamline communication and track client relationships.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the sales process and converting inquiries into bookings.
  • Oversee the contracting process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Develop and manage employee schedules that align with event needs and team capabilities.
  • Build strong vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance for quality and efficiency.
  • Lead event planning logistics, timelines, and coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and attract new clients.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, including equipment upkeep, event preparation, and logistics for setups and breakdowns.
  • Assist with on-site event support as needed to ensure flawless execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, sales, or a related role within a professional services or events environment.
  • Knowledge of the entertainment and events industry is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Zoho, or similar CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a business mindset.
