Immediate Opening for an Executive Assistant - Office Manager (Miami Beach/33140)
Location: Miami Beach/33140
Schedule: In-Office, Mon-Friday, 9-5 (parking included)
Salary: $75,000-$90,000 (possible stretch to $95,000)
Bonus: up to 10%

Job Duties: The Administrative Assistance supports President with a variety of day to day tasks such as:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager in a dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English proficiency.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Familiarity with property management tasks and vendor coordination is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience in managing schedules, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks effectively.
