EXPERIENCED PARTS COUNTER ADVISOR

Pepe Cadillac, a proud member of the Pepe Auto Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Counter Consultant to join our award winning and growing team. • Assist Technicians with parts inquiries as well as retail and wholesale customers.
• Look up and identify correct parts using electronic catalogs.
• Process orders, returns, and warranty parts efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and restock parts department.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
• Stay current on product updates, GM Brand knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive parts department required.
• GM Experience preferred but not necessary.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems. CDK experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to support the team.
• Reliable, organized, and detail oriented.

Job Type: Full Time Pay: $50,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year Verifiable references a must
