We are seeking an  Wildlife/Agricultural Manager bi-lingual preferred, with 3+ years of experience. You will oversee the daily operations of our family farm. Ensuring efficient production and management of crops, and other agricultural products. Our mission is to ensure that our land – spanning over 4,000 acres is not only productive but also supports natural ecosystems and community values.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced manager that is all agricultural and conservation efforts to run smoothly and efficiently, especially during planting season and other high-activity periods. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized and skilled in managing people and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement farm management plans, oversee daily operations, includes crop management, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation and production strategies.
  • Supervise and coordinate with staff and seasonal employees to ensure productivity and accountability.
  • Communicate regularly with ownership regarding crop progress, employee performance and operational needs.
  • Maintains a safe and organized work environment for all staff.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understands agricultural practices, crop planting, equipment maintenance and wildlife management, follow the company’s standards and seasonal schedules.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (bi-lingual) a plus for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to crop, equipment maintenance, and other operational challenges.
  • Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions, market demands, and new technologies.
  • Managing farm resources, including equipment, supplies, and land, and coordinating procurement of necessary items.
