About the team
You join the FP&A organization as a Finance Partner supporting the Merchant Strategy team, helping to optimize business performance and make strategic decisions. The team is highly talented and knowledgeable, giving you the chance to accelerate your career as a finance professional and opening the door to continuous learning.
What you will be doing
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting various strategic initiatives to ensure that the Merchant Solutions division achieves its financial and strategic goals. The main areas of responsibility are detailed below:
• Refresh Long Range Plan to guide financial expectations, reflecting relevant business priorities and opportunities for future expansion
• Model out evolving strategic opportunities, including partnerships and potential acquisition/divestiture activity, to inform and influence executive decision-making
• Prepare presentations to summarize key topics for executive business line reviews and board meetings
• Develop business cases for strategic investments and track the delivery and benefits, ensuring course-correct actions are flagged if needed
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and relevance to the ever-evolving payments industry
• Develop and analyze key performance KPIs, including leading and lagging indicators, relating to key go-to-market activity and business objectives
