Who Were Looking For
Reporting directly into our AVP of Finance, VPL is seeking a Financial Analyst or Sr. Financial Analyst with a strong business acumen. This role is ideal for someone who loves analyzing numbers, identifying trends, and turning complex data into actionable insights for sales, operations, and leadership. You will partner closely with internal teams on various planning, reporting, and business operations initiatives.
This role is highly visible to leadership and requires someone with a desire to learn and contribute cross-functionally in a small but quickly growing organization.

What Youll Do

• Utilize financial information to produce business forecasts

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support leadership decision-making

• Conduct analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Utilize Customer and Prospect provided financials to identify savings opportunities and recommend pricing

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial and operating models

• Help streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency

• Assist in accounting processes, including monthly close and close reporting

• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed

What Youll Bring

• 25 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, and / or business analysis

• Preference for experience that includes accounting and / or consulting firms

• Experience in or a willingness to learn basic Salesforce capabilities, including data management, reporting, dashboards, and CRM analytics

• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with modeling and analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention
  to
  detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with other analytics or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
