Float Advanced Practice Provider (FNP / PA) – Flexible Leadership Across Primary Care

Location: Various EPIC Health Locations Across Metro Detroit (Travel Required)

We’re seeking a Float Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to bring leadership, adaptability, and clinical expertise across our Metro Detroit locations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love variety in your day-to-day work, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and stabilize: Provide primary care coverage across multiple EPIC Health clinics, ensuring consistent, high-quality care.
• Deliver direct patient care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, gather histories, and make evidence-based diagnoses.
• Prescribe with purpose: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop care plans, and prescribe medications in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Champion prevention: Counsel patients on wellness, chronic condition management, family planning, and disease prevention.
• Perform procedures: Deliver essential care with injections, wound care, immunizations, and more—tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Work collaboratively: Communicate with cross-functional care teams and contribute to an integrated healthcare approach.
• Float with confidence: Flex across locations, adapt quickly, and keep operations smooth and efficient wherever you go.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of Primary Care experience (required)—strong foundation in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in the State of Michigan.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Medicine, or related field.
• Confidence working across varied clinical settings with patients of all backgrounds.
• Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility and reliability—you’ll be covering where care is needed most.
