Job Title: Front Desk Administrator

Location: Midway, Florida

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time ; Potential Overtime


Position Overview:
The Front Desk Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing professional administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Operate a multi-line switchboard and route calls professionally
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain the front office area, conference rooms, and common spaces to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room usage.
• Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Support company leadership and project teams with administrative requests.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
