Position Title: Full Stack Engineer (React / Ruby on Rails) Location: TBD Status: Long Term Contract Status: Onsite/Hybrid Shift/Schedule: Standard business hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST. Pay Range: $56.-$65.00p/h Requirements / Who we are looking for: We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work end-to-end on new features, product enhancements, and defect resolutions across our enterprise SaaS platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, participating in requirements discussions, code reviews, architecture sessions, and testing efforts to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise SaaS, cloud-based solutions. 3+ years of development experience with Ruby on Rails. 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React. 2+ years of experience with automated testing frameworks (RSpec, Cucumber, or similar). Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling practices. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as Kubernetes and AWS. Experience working in Agile or Kanban methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Technical leadership or management experience is a plus. Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: Develop web applications with React (front end) and Ruby on Rails (back end). Contribute to system design and architecture decisions, weighing trade-offs for scalability, performance, and maintainability. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers. Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and peer code reviews. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning. Partner with QA and product teams to support testing, defect resolution, and feature delivery. Write, maintain, and improve automated tests (RSpec, Cucumber, or similar).
