JENNMAR Services, is seeking General Contractor Skilled Laborers for positions in the Smyrna, GA area.

Job Responsibilities for General Contractor Skilled Laborers:

• Underground Work Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in underground construction environments, including tunnels and confined spaces
• Physical Strength & Stamina: Able to lift and carry 50 lbs or more consistently throughout extended work shifts
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in the safe and efficient use of jack legs, jack hammers, clay spades, and steel tunnel plates
• Heavy Equipment Familiarity: Knowledgeable in working safely around heavy machinery and assisting operators as needed
• Job Site Safety: Strong understanding of construction safety practices, including PPE use, hazard recognition, and site protocols
• Team-Oriented: Reliable team player with experience supporting multiple trades on diverse general contracting projects

Position Requirements for General Contractor Skilled Laborers:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in tunneling (hand mining or tunnel boring machine [TBM]) or jack & bore operations preferred.
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including drug screening and criminal background check.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
