Job Summary

Were seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our corporate dining operations for a premier client with a focus on exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. This MondayFriday role offers weekends and holidays off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations in alignment with company policies and client expectations
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and inventory controls
  • Lead and develop staff through training, reviews, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with culinary teams on menu planning
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and health regulations
  • Build strong rapport with clients, guests, and internal teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 810 years in upscale food service, with at least 6 years in management
  • High-end catering experience strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and financial acumen
  • Skilled in hiring, coaching, and team development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification a plus
