The role you'll contribute:

Allied Health Professional who provides multi-campus leadership in the development of team education at the department level in compliance with regulatory agencies in conjunction with the hospital mission, leadership, and physician expectation. The Clinical Educator, Allied Health combines clinical expertise and passion for teaching in both the classroom and practice setting, preparing, and mentoring current and future generations of Allied Health Professionals. The Clinical Educator, Allied Health plays a pivotal role in strengthening the clinical workforce, serving as a role model, and providing the leadership needed to implement evidence-based practice.

• Develops and coordinates education plans related to initial and ongoing competency validation.

• Develops and coordinates content for learning opportunities based on evidence-based practice.

• Evaluates the effectiveness of educational programming and adjusts content and teaching strategies as needed.
\n \n\n \n
• Provides educational opportunities that benefit clinical professionals in all stages of their career development.
\n \n\n \n
• Collaborates with Clinical Department, Education, and Clinical Excellence leaders to identify educational goals and coordinate training processes.

Minimum qualifications :

• Associate Required
\n \n\n \n
• Bachelor's Required
\n \n\n \n
• 2 Work Experience Required
\n \n\n \n
• 2 Leadership Experience Required
\n \n\n \n
• Amer Reg Diag Med Sonography (ARDMS) Required OR
\n \n\n \n
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Required
\n \n\n \n\n

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Preferred
\n \n\n \n\n
