We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is passionate about identifying great talent and eager to grow within the recruitment and human resources field.

In this role, you will focus on sourcing and engaging top candidates across a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on early career and recent graduates , particularly within the finance and financial services industry . You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and support the full-cycle recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and social media
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to evaluate candidate interest and qualifications
• Build and maintain pipelines of early career and entry-level finance talent for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Post job openings and manage listings across job boards and internal platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies
• Assist recruiters with administrative and operational tasks throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting or sourcing early career / recent graduates , ideally within or supporting roles in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with campus recruiting or internship program coordination is a plus
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional and engaging approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
