We are providing ***FREE transportation*** for LPN**s** from the **Bronx, NY** to our facility located in **Pawling, NY!!**

• *LPN Duties Include (under the supervision of a Doctor or RN):**
• Utilize nursing knowledge and skills in the safe implementation of basic preventative therapeutic and rehbailitative nursing care of assigned patient/family as evidenced by documentation and observation of positive patient care outcomes
• Performs select clinical tests
• Administers and documents medication under physician's orders and follow the five medication rights and reduces the potential of medical error
• Administer medication accurately, observing, patient response, as evidenced by documentation in the medical record, client and health care team feedback
• Observes, records, and reports changes in patients' condition
• Taking the patient's vital signs such as respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate.
• Enter the data related to the record of patients in computer systems
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and other non-licensed nursing professionals
• Taking verbal orders from MD (Doctor of Medicine)
• Aid in Phlebotomy
• Assit in IV set-ups
• Call pharmacies for ordering prescriptions and store supples in the rooms of patient
• *Requirements:**
• Current and valid NY LPN License
• Good Customer Service Skills
