Machine Operator
1st Shift
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join their team in Appleton, WI. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process operating a variety of machines (such as: coater, binder, rewinder, sheeter,..) . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Appleton, WI

Shift: 6 AM to 6 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist the Operator to ensure production timelines are met.
• Open rolls and properly stage product for production.
• Wrap finished products and stage them to the designated area.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
• Assist with general maintenance duties on machines as required.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to understand and complete the helper checklist.
• Competence in completing required paperwork accurately.
• Familiarity with basic machine functions to meet production deadlines.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and regulations.
