Job Description

Tardus Wealth Strategies is a fast-growing wealth coaching firm on a mission to create a Wealth Revolution. We offer coaching on unique cash flow and alternative investment strategies and are seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team part-time. This position offers flexible hours, with a willingness to work some evenings to accommodate business needs. There is a potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and workload.

At Tardus you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment working alongside our Marketing Manager. You'll support various projects gaining valuable experience in content creation, social media management, event planning, and email marketing.

As a Marketing Coordinator you:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Help maintain and update marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content.
  • Support the coordination of events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed.

If this sounds like you so far and you:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Are Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have familiarity with social media platforms
  • Are organized and have attention to detail
  • Work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
  • Experience with Canva is preferred but not required
  • Experience with copywriting is preferred but not required
