National Recruiter

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a National Recruiter to support staffing efforts for locations nationwide. This role involves identifying and attracting active and passive candidates to join our team while supporting the company's hiring initiatives. The position is full-time and based in-office.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders to understand business goals and plans and create strategic plans to recruit talent nationwide.
• Source, attract, screen, and qualify candidates to present to hiring managers for potential employment.
• Conduct high level candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, culture fit and alignment with organizational values.
• Drive the Company's leadership talent program by building a network of qualified candidates nationwide.
• Follow up and communicate with candidates as they move through each phase of our interview process.
• Adhere to the Company's hiring process while providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Manage active and passive candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Drive Company brand presence with external partners to attract top talent.

Successful candidate criteria:

• 7-10 years experience with recruiting and sourcing, preferably light industrial, service and sales talent.
• Ability to communicate professionally and apprise hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple job openings and manager communication.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to meet goals.
• Resilient, creative, and open to implementing new ideas and strategies.
• Proven organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
