Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembler - Second Shift to join their team in Appleton. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Paint Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, good communication skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler - Second Shift

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: Evenings, 1 PM - 11 PM or 3 PM - 1 AM working Monday -Thursday

What's the Job?

• Racking and unracking parts to go through the paint booth.
• Following a sequence of steps to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
• Participating in cross-training for various tasks within the department.

What's Needed?

• 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• The ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with material ordering procedures.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic computer skills and good communication abilities.
