Primary Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Intern to assist with projects focused on streamlining board policy books, administrative procedures, and operational processes. This is a Part-time position (up to 15 hours per week) for a term of up to 3 months, ideal for individuals interested in organizational governance, policy development, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Recent TMSA graduate preferred.

• Interest in law, public administration, or organizational management.

• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

• Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with reviewing, organizing, and updating board policy documents and procedure manuals.

• Support the development and standardization of operational procedures across departments.

• Conduct research and draft summaries or recommendations for process improvement.

• Collaborate with the administrative and leadership staff to ensure policy consistency and compliance.

• Perform other project-based or administrative duties as needed.
