Position Highlights :

Work-Life Integration: Practice at Advocate Children's Hospital - Park Ridge with a favorable home-based call schedule and minimal trauma exposure.
Desirable Practice Setting: High-volume, community-focused academic setting with a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Favorable Call Schedule: Home-based call with 1 weekend/month and 1 weeknight/week, shared with two other surgeons.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation: Salary competitive with 50th percentile for pediatric surgeons, based on experience.
Additional Bonus Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied to productivity and quality improvement.
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Relocation Assistance: $20,000
