Role Summary

This person will assemble all types of EIT positioners and other products as needed to fulfill both internal and external customer’s orders.

Work shift: Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes hand and power tools to assemble sump and gear pumps per standards and procedures
• Read assembly prints and directions, and pick parts to complete assembly.
• Adheres to all safety guidelines and enhance the safety culture
• Cuts and thread large pipes
• Manufactures rubber and steel braided hoses
• With appropriate tooling, measures critical dimensions to verify quality standards are being met
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED or 1+ years of experience in aasembly.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to use various types of precision measuring tools.
• Must have effective reading and listening skills in English with ability to clearly report and explain information to others.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
• Have a full range of hand and upper-body motion and strength to work with tools and parts.

Preferred Skills/Experiences

• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Basic computer aptitude to learn data entry systems, and to use Microsoft Word and Outlook.
