Production Assistant

Singnala is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. As a crucial part of our operations, the Production Assistant will support various aspects of the production process, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and organization of production sets and locations
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
• Help in setting up and breaking down equipment before and after shoots
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining production calendars
• Assist in the management of inventory for production supplies and equipment
• Participate in editing sessions and prepare materials for post-production
• Endas, and distributing minutes to ensure action items are followed up.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong interest in film, television, or multimedia production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
