Associate Broker Opportunity

We are looking for a licensed Associate Broker who is motivated to grow their own business while leading a team of agents and earning rewarding commissions along the way. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $155,000+

• Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
• Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
• Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team

• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• A real estate license is required
• Broker's license or ability to obtain one
