Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Office Administrator to join a well-established, family-owned company located in Baltimore city. This company is known for its excellent team environment and offers a promising opportunity for those looking to contribute to a stable and growing organization. The ideal candidate will create a professional yet friendly front-desk presence and possess a keen interest in taking on additional office responsibilities during slower periods.
Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and individuals arriving for meetings.
  • Manage and route calls on the phone system, staying productive during slower periods.
  • Assist with supporting office responsibilities, including ordering office supplies.
  • Create employee badges and parking passes.
  • Assist other departments with routing invoices and provide support to HR with clerical or administrative duties.
  • Welcome executives, order food, and tidy the conference room after meetings.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Punctuality is important, and candidates must be able to be at their desk by 7:30 AM. Free parking is available on-site.
Benefits

This role offers pay ranging from $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the position is temporary-to-permanent, providing a great opportunity for a long-term fit within the company.
