ContekPro is a fast-growing tech-manufacturing startup based in Portland, OR. We leverage technology and modularity to revolutionize the way we build commercial kitchens and produce food. Our vision is to help foodservice providers create and share incredible food experiences.

Our innovative product is a pre-assembled fully-equipped modular kitchen, manufactured in our Portland factory, and delivered to our clients within a few weeks only. Our modular kitchens aim to empower restaurants and food service providers by saving them time and hassle, while offering an environment-friendly alternative to traditional brick and mortar kitchens. We have delivered over 100 units throughout the USA, Caribbean, and Africa. Our customers include food chains, hotels, resorts, caterers, and restaurants.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

COOL THINGS YOU WILL DO

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job fairs, etc.
• Screen candidate resumes and applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Help build and apply companys HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote the companys reputation as best place to work

What You Bring To The Table

• BS/MS in Human Resources Management. Experience in Construction or Manufacturing is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or at a staffing agency)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video, phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
