The Gutting Group / Keller Williams Realty is a residential real estate team based in Carmel, IN. We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator / Marketing Manager who will work closely with the real estate agents on the team to ensure our buyers and sellers have a smooth transaction from pending to close. In addition, this candidate will handle the responsibilities of listing/marketing manager, which includes the marketing of our listings as well as the marketing of our business/brand. Candidate should be extremely detail-oriented, a team player, have the ability to work in a dynamic environment, have a servant's heart, be systems-oriented, have a growth mindset, be assertive and take ownership of responsibilities, and have knowledge in Excel, Canva, and Outlook. Work from the office, non-remote position. Mon thru Fri, 40 hours a week. Apply now!

Responsibilities

•Keep client information up to date in our CRM
•Prepare listing presentation and comparative market analysis for sellers
•All necessary tasks to get our listings on the market, including coordinating photos, scheduling open houses, preparing all marketing materials
•Marketing to our database, scheduling and coordinating client events
•Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
•Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
•Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
•Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly

Qualifications

•Either hold a valid real estate license, pursuing to get your license, or are willing to get your license within 6 months
•Team player, servant's heart, ability to work in a dynamic environment
•Be assertive and take ownership of responsibilities. Do not need to be micromanaged.
•Ability to work with different personality types
•Be punctual and have a strong work ethic
•Be growth-minded. Looking for a career, not just a 9 to 5.
•Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
•Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
•Passionate about providing excellent customer service
•High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
