Are you an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with advanced Excel skills? A rapidly expanding leader in the home services industry is seeking a Revenue Manager to join its dynamic accounting and finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio of well-known brands and franchises, reporting directly to senior leadership and playing a key role in revenue, billing, and collections processes.
Position Highlights:
Oversee the full revenue cycle for multiple brands, from contract onboarding to billing, collections, and ongoing maintenance.
Review and validate complex financial models and support files to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with franchisees and internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and process improvements.
Partner with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Monitor accounts receivable, manage outstanding payments, and develop dashboards for timely reporting.
Identify and implement process enhancements to maintain strong internal controls and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management or billing, ideally within a service or franchise environment.
Extremely advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data queries.
Strong understanding of billing processes, financial controls, and their impact on the general ledger.
Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in retail or franchise operations is a plus.
