Key Responsibilities

• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal departments including Service, Payroll, Sales, and Recruiting.
• Maintain and safeguard confidential employee and client files.
• Manage client billing information, including setup, updates, and changes.
• Support the annual customer rate adjustment process.
• Liaise with Payroll and Billing teams to ensure accurate processing.
• Oversee web portal data entry for client records.
• Coordinate with internal staff to obtain required documentation.
• Track and maintain company-specific documentation and compliance records.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Recruiting, Compliance, and Payroll to ensure operational alignment.
• Promote and reinforce a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the transportation industry preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration.
